My favorite place !! If you are looking for a gym, come check it out. I initially thought its a place for people who have previously experience working out, but that is NOT the case. Workouts are tailored to everyones capabilities, the coaches are incredible, the people who go there are super welcoming, and the workouts are FUN 😁 😉

I’ve been training here for a while, and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is amazing and keeps you motivated every time you walk in. The coaches are outstanding—knowledgeable, supportive, and always focused on helping you improve. Every workout is challenging, fun, and incredibly effective. The membership is also very affordable, which makes it easy to train consistently. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an amazing CrossFit community!

Dropped in for a Boxing Day workout while I was visiting Winnipeg. The staff was welcoming and provided clear instructions for the warmup and workout. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I had a lovey time ànd will be dropping in next time I am in the area. Thanks for having me!
