This place is VERY clean and organized. The workouts are awesome as well!!
I know some people don’t think they can do crossfit if they’re not perfectly in shape, but that’s not true at all! The trainers here are very open to adapting workouts for different ability levels or injuries. I’m glad I’ve tried this gym, even with my knee injury, I get a good workout, and I enjoy it!
While I have yet to take any Crossfit classes, I have trained 1-on-1 with Ivan, the owner. We were just coming out of 2020 and like a lot of people, I developed a health issue from the effects of that year. I reached out to Ivan and he immediately got me in and started me on a program that really got me back on track. In addition, I had a shoulder issue that he was always careful with. Coach Ivan and team are great! Classes are fun, organized and interesting! Facilities and equipment are clean and of high quality. Everyone is friendly and the gym has a great community associated with it. Highly recommended!
