This place is amazing. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone! They have great equipment and manage to adjust every exercise and movement in a modified way so I can still get results and a productive workout, without injury and within my abilities. This is the gym I have been searching for!! Has been a great source for farm fresh goodies too. (Best greens and pickles ever!)
I've been going for almost 2 months and see such a difference in every aspect, physically, mentally and emotionally. I love knowing when I go in for a class it is already planned out for me, also I get the opportunity to work with a coach every class to ensure I'm doing the workout correctly, working out the correct muscles.
