My wife and I love Starr Village CrossFit. Very friendly group and Kelvin is a patient and focused trainer. He makes accommodations for aches and pains and old injuries so you can get the most out of your workout. Highly recommend!
Both of the owners are very nice people. They explain things very clearly so you understand everything. It’s very clean and I would recommend this place especially for mothers because they do have a playroom for kids and a change pad for diapers.

This place is amazing. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone! They have great equipment and manage to adjust every exercise and movement in a modified way so I can still get results and a productive workout, without injury and within my abilities. This is the gym I have been searching for!! Has been a great source for farm fresh goodies too. (Best greens and pickles ever!)
I've been going for almost 2 months and see such a difference in every aspect, physically, mentally and emotionally. I love knowing when I go in for a class it is already planned out for me, also I get the opportunity to work with a coach every class to ensure I'm doing the workout correctly, working out the correct muscles.
