Exceptionally clean and organized. I appreciate that scaled versions of each workout are posted on a whiteboard and on screens. One-on-one coaching ensures proper mechanics to prevent injury. A+ gym! Young, old, strong or weak, do yourself a favor and go here to feel better in your body. If you're like me, guided workouts are the only way to get the job done. I've started again after 3 car accidents and being sedentary and can feel my body re-balancing and re-energizing after just a few weeks. Awesome.
Kelvin and the members were very welcoming. I’ve dropped in to lots of gyms all over the USA as well as in Europe. This was one of the best drop-ins I’ve experienced.
My wife and I love Starr Village CrossFit. Very friendly group and Kelvin is a patient and focused trainer. He makes accommodations for aches and pains and old injuries so you can get the most out of your workout. Highly recommend!
Both of the owners are very nice people. They explain things very clearly so you understand everything. It’s very clean and I would recommend this place especially for mothers because they do have a playroom for kids and a change pad for diapers.
