Asteria Athletics has been such a blessing in my fitness journey. The strength classes are intense but empowering. I’ve seen real progress in my endurance and muscle tone since starting.The coaches genuinely care, correct your form, and encourage you to push past your limits safely. It’s a supportive atmosphere where everyone shows up to work hard and grow. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this gym, but after experiencing racial comments about my appearance and subtle microaggressions, it left a bad impression. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected in their gym environment.
