Asteria really is an incredible community and holds a very special place in my heart. BEST GYM EVER!!! Coming from an anti-social person, I was nervous about being involved in a community gym. It is the only thing that has kept me accountable to workouts. The trainers Stacey and Thea are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Wide age range and mix of all sorts of people. Everyone has been friendly and kind and it really feels like family. Building muscle has improved my quality of life as well!! Definitely give it a try, I believe they do a free class.
