Dropped in a few days ago and highly recommend if you’re in the area. The owner and members were extremely nice and welcoming. The no pressure atmosphere and experienced coach made the workout feel that much better.
I’ve been to a number of CrossFit gyms, but I had to give a special shoutout to Ascend. I dropped in a few weeks ago while I was in town for work. John’s coaching style was very helpful. Even though I was a drop-in, he was very attentive and offered useful advice. The other members working out were very welcoming, too. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.
It’s official - one visit and I’ll be coming back to this box anytime I’m in the area. ✅ Dogs ✅ Babies ✅ Great programming ✅ Friendly faces - fist bumps all around PLUS you get John - nicest guy and super knowledgeable coach. My kettlebell swings will thank him forever. Local or drop-in - they’ll make you feel like family. Can’t recommend enough.
