Coaches who are friendly, experienced, and understand individual training needs. Wonderful community of athletes also. Been attending daily classes at CFA for over 10 years!! Love it!!
Fantastic community CrossFit box with helpful and caring coaches.
Best place to make you feel at home and the best therapy you could ask for. I Love the coaches and the community in this place! If you need scaled they can do it, if you need pushed they can push you.
Great gym and instructors!
Excellent gym with great coaching, equipment, and programming. I regularly drop in here when in town for work and the owner, Kerry, always makes me feel welcome and part of the group. They follow NCFit programming which is excellent and have a great space and equipment. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
