Terrific coaches and fun atmosphere. I have learned so much since I started taking classes here! I feel energized and motivated to keep going. As a 55 yr old female who can get intimidated with trying new things, the coaches here know exactly how to modify exercises when necessary but to also encourage you along your journey. If you are thinking of trying CrossFit, come to CrossFit Ares!!!! Update as of Aug 12 2025- still at it and love the instruction and community at CFA!
Coach Kyle customizes a plan for you and ensures you perform each movement as it is meant to be while educating you why these movements promote life's movements. As you expect, he is tough, like a typical coach would be, pushing you to be your best, but Kyle has an amazing persona motivating you to come back for more.
