John is an excellent coach. Does a great job of breaking down the movements for first timers and is attentive to form and safety of all in the class. He meets you where you are with good modifications to make sure you can complete the workout. John is a good motivator who brings good energy to the class.
Kristin’s positive energy is contagious! The session was challenging, but fun. I loved that she took the time to instruct us on all elements of the work out, and gave excellent modifications and corrections on form to ensure proper form/set a foundation.
Kyle is an expert in focusing on your weak spots and making them stronger and more flexible. I am so happy I joined CrossFit Ares, and super excited I joined the semi-private classes with Kyle; best ever.
Great community and coaches
Fitness through motherhood classes are challenging and appropriate to increasing fitness level. Coach John & Coach Nick are friendly, approachable and encouraging. They will help you with modifications as needed. There is also a baby changing table in the bathroom.
