Had the absolute pleasure of dropping into the 0800 class today. I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience here. The facilities are flawlessly well maintained. I was greeted right away by members and staff. The community here is clearly reflective of the culture the ownership has created. Couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The coach was amazing as she had to deal with my Wodify follies first, then execute her class plan. As a strength and conditioning coach and long-time athlete, I can say with confidence that CrossFit Arcane has the OG CrossFit culture down to a science. Their coaches are kind, approachable, and they keep their community supported in every way. Whether you're in town for a visit or new to the area, I highly recommend becoming part of this gym!
Being completely new to CrossFit, I honestly wasn’t sure it would be a good fit for me. I’m middle-aged, wasn’t in great shape, and had zero lifting experience, so I assumed I’d probably hate it. The best gym my wife and I have been to! We were new to crossfit gyms when we started, and everyone was very friendly and helpful getting us going. Great atmosphere, equipment, coaches, and facility overall.
My husband and I started in January 2025. We have been going over a year and absolutely love it. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to scaling the WODs. All the coaches are amazing & friendly!
