CrossFit Aptos is welcoming, inclusive, friendly, inspiring, motivating, and FUN! The coaches are great! I've been coming 5 days a weeks for almost a year! I look forward to the workout every day!
CrossFit Aptos is more than just a gym. It is a community of like minded healthy individuals... The best part of all is that this place is for EVERYONE. Needless to say, I would recommend this place to anyone, of any age or fitness level if you want to become the healthiest and best version of yourself. On another note, the excellent coaching staff at this gym has helped guide me through injuries and modified workouts to suit my rehabilitative needs countless times. 10 stars if it would let me!
I’m a new member at CrossFit Aptos, but I’m already so happy I’ve found this gym! The coaching staff is stellar, and I could not be more grateful for the free childcare!! Ted is great with my daughter, and I feel so lucky to have a place I can take her and know she is happy and safe while I’m getting my workout in!
