Since my first day at this gym 5 months ago, I knew I found the right place. Coach Mike is very patient and very passionate not only about physical training, but on how to maintain this lifestyle outside of the gym. The people that come here are super supportive and you feel that sense of community that makes you excited to come back and you look forward to your next class. Great place for every body, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I joined this gym about 3 months ago and I will probably never go back to training by myself at a regular gym. I had never done CrossFit in my life but with the guidance of Mike and Kourtney I’ve learned and grown. They do a phenomenal job at pushing me to my full potential and I’ve progressed so much faster than I have by myself. Awesome gym. The owner does all his own programming and tailors it to what his members want. Workouts are fun and can be modified to be as accessible or challenging as you could want. Community is great too.
