I love, love, love this CrossFit gym! Coach Mike is seriously amazing! You can tell how much he cares about every person in the class, not just about getting the workout done. If you’re looking for a place that teaches you proper form, explaining every movement, doing the right stretches before working out, making sure everyone feels comfortable and extra confident, great music during your workouts this is it!!! I’ve had a great experience at this CrossFit gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive, and do a great job making sure everyone feels welcome regardless of fitness level. If you’re looking for a great community quality coaching and workouts that push you to become better I definitely recommend giving them a try

Dropped in from out of town. Mike is a great coach. I got prescriptive instructions from him as I’m dealing with a knee injury. He was very accommodating and helped me scale a pretty difficult workout. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend.

Since my first day at this gym 5 months ago, I knew I found the right place. Coach Mike is very patient and very passionate not only about physical training, but on how to maintain this lifestyle outside of the gym. The people that come here are super supportive and you feel that sense of community that makes you excited to come back and you look forward to your next class. Great place for every body, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
