Dropped in from out of town. Mike is a great coach. I got prescriptive instructions from him as I’m dealing with a knee injury. He was very accommodating and helped me scale a pretty difficult workout. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend.

Coach Mike is very patient and very passionate not only about physical training, but on how to maintain this lifestyle outside of the gym. The people that come here are super supportive and you feel that sense of community that makes you excited to come back and you look forward to your next class. Great place for every body, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I joined this gym about 3 months ago and I will probably never go back to training by myself at a regular gym. I had never done CrossFit in my life but with the guidance of Mike and Kourtney I’ve learned and grown. They do a phenomenal job at pushing me to my full potential and I’ve progressed so much faster than I have by myself.
