I absolutely love CrossFit Antietam. Jared and all of the coaches are incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in the people who walk through the doors. I started completely out of shape and was honestly a little intimidated, but I’ve found such a welcoming, encouraging community here. I’ve been involved in CrossFit for nearly a decade, in varying capacities. After spending a few years at an affiliate, I built out a garage gym that allows me to perform about 85% of typical CrossFit movements. I dropped into Antietam for a class while visiting Logan. Cerissa was so friendly, helpful, patient and kind. The members were also very kind during the class. If I'm in Logan again, I'll be back. Thank you so much!
