Dropped in while on a kayaking trip - couldn’t have asked for a better experience..5 stars! CrossFit Anistemi has a welcoming environment, great coaching, and an awesome community vibe. The workout was challenging and well-programmed. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend if you’re passing through on a kayaking trip or looking for a solid local box!
Let’s talk about massage and IV nutrition. Kellye is fantastic. I had a 5-day bug and felt horrible and knew I was not doing well when, by day 4, I couldn’t sleep and had cramping due to dehydration. I couldn’t leave my house, so they came to me and gave me fluids + a B12 infusion. 5 stars for a million reasons, but today specifically for Kellye, the FNP who administers IV fluids at Anistemi! I was so sick and could not even keep water down, and Kellye immediately had rehydrating IV fluids ready for me. Thankful for a place that optimizes health of the whole body.
Very open and nice facility! Everyone was very friendly as well!
