Dropped in here while passing through town. The coach, gym owner and staff were super welcoming. The workout involved toes to bar and they let me use a pair of grips since I didn’t have any equipment on me. Out of the majority of the CrossFit gyms I’ve dropped into, this one was one of the best.
Best classes, coaching, and environment to achieve your fitness goals. The members are amazing and welcoming. Extracurricular activities are scheduled throughout the year to help with classes not getting mundane. The coaching staff has increased in 2026 to allow for more classes to occur while individualized coaching can happen simultaneously. CrossFit Angola has a welcoming community and is a great place to exercise! I definitely recommend it to all ages and fitness abilities.
I’ve been with CFA for almost a year and I have only great things to say about this amazing gym! As someone who has failed time and time again sticking with a workout routine, this is the longest I’ve been committed to a gym with no plan on stopping now. Very friendly environment where everyone only wants you to succeed and meet your goals. Great classes and great coaches . They can help anyone at any age with any goals.
Everyone is so welcoming so supportive.. It is a huge community that comes together investing in their health,fitness. My favorite place to start my morning. Love this place
