As a physical therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with the owners and coaches at CF Angier and I cannot speak highly enough about this team. The coaches are very knowledgeable and ensure all workouts are done in a safe, effective manner. The entire team is very personable and they have a passion for building a strong community in Angier. I highly recommend CF Angier to people of all fitness levels who want to challenge themselves and meet some really cool people in the process!

I used their inbody before starting at the gym and after 3 months of working out there I lost 7 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle. Coaches were awesome and really spent a lot of time with me as the newbie and made sure I was lifting safely. Highly recommend the 5 am class!!!

Dropped in for a trial workout and had a great time. Coaches were friendly and encouraging. Other gym members were inclusive and friendly as well! Workout was well structured and easily modifiable to meet everyone’s needs.

I had a wonderful experience at CrossFit Angier. Jason - the owner and today's coach - was excellent! He was a great trainer and very encouraging. I went with my son, who is a member there. I had not done exercises like that in years. Jason was very helpful and supportive. You feel like you are with a group of friends there...and it was my first time. Highly recommend CrossFit Angier to anyone looking to get into awesome shape!

I’m very grateful to be part of CrossFit Angier! Jason, Seth and all the coaches are very knowledgeable, professional and they genuinely care about our fitness goals and wellbeing. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Angier to anyone who is just starting the fitness journey or who is already on that path.
