Formerly CrossFit SAW, CrossFit Anazao began in September 2018 with new ownership. We offer over 35 class options each week to meet your needs. Our facility, located just minutes from Interstate 64, is comprised of nearly 3000 square feet with private parking and bathrooms. We have the top of the line equipment and lots of it to accommodate classes of all sizes. Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified coaches who hold a variety of certifications that make us the most diverse gym in the area.

Ben did great! He and his staff made me feel welcome and motivated me to be there! The attention to detail and interaction made me feel good about my first experience at this CrossFit gym! HUGE shout out to Ben and his staff at Crossfit Anazao!
Ben went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! He adjusted my work out and did frequent check in’s to make sure I was successful!
I have dropped in a few times at Crossfit Anazao, and the coaches and members are always welcoming. I appreciate the time and attention Coach Ben takes to break down and demonstrate the movements. He gives great cues and understands the delicate balance of challenging members with meeting them where they are at on any given day. Thanks for the hospitality Coach Ben and CF Anazao members!
Ben is very helpful and kind. When an exercise is hard for me, he always takes the time to explain and helps me find a way to do it. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in class. I really enjoy learning and appreciate all the help!
Coach Ben creates a welcoming environment that I look forward to every class. I always feel challenged just the right amount, with workouts that push me without being overwhelming. The encouragement from everyone and the helpful feedback make it an incredibly supportive and motivating space.
