While in the area, I attended CrossFit at Anavah. The owner and coaches were professional and friendly. The facility is really nice, and the training programs are of high quality. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend it.
I dropped in here a few times right before Xmas and it was such a great experience. With CrossFit it really boils down to coaching, community, and facilities. This was a 10/10 on all fronts. Anyone looking to find a box to call home in the Woodlands/Spring area, I’d recommend Anavah for sure.
So friendly and great coaching ques. Felt at home honestly. We took the barbell class on Saturday and it was so great running through a well thought out warm up for snatches today.
The best crossfit gym in the spring!!! Owner Nick and Liz are the best! Coaching and programming are top notch!!!! If in spring this is the crossfit gym to be at! The community is the best!
