I dropped in here a few times right before Xmas and it was such a great experience. With CrossFit it really boils down to coaching, community, and facilities. This was a 10/10 on all fronts. Anyone looking to find a box to call home in the Woodlands/Spring area, I’d recommend Anavah for sure.
So friendly and great coaching ques. Felt at home honestly. We took the barbell class on Saturday and it was so great running through a well thought out warm up for snatches today.
The best crossfit gym in the spring!!! Owner Nick and Liz are the best! Coaching and programming are top notch!!!! If in spring this is the crossfit gym to be at! The community is the best!
There are half a dozen or more CrossFit gyms closer to my house, but I choose to be a part of Anavah. The reason is simple, it’s the coaching, the programming and the people. Some of the best coaching and programming I have ever come across. These coaches aren’t sitting on their phones, or sitting around doing nothing. They are in the mix with you.
