Such a great place! Educated coaches, kind members and easy process. The cherry on top is the super affordable drop in fee! I am excited to join whenever I’m in town.

Had a great experience at Crossfit Amrock! I was new to the area and they were very welcoming as I stepped into the gym. The coaches were helpful and not hesitant to step in and correct you or make suggestions that would help you during the workout. I consider myself a beginner/intermediate crossfiter and this gym definitely felt comfortable with my level of experience. Great time working out here this morning. Will definitely be back if I’m ever back in the area. If you’re a local looking for a CrossFit gym, come give this place a try. Members and coaches are friendly and the workout is fun!
