We visited Idaho falls and wanted to get a good workout in so we went to CrossFit amrock. Fun and welcoming gym and a GREAT workout. The coach helped me scale appropriately which was super helpful.
Rocky, Andrea and Shayne are great coaches. The atmosphere and equipment is 10/10. Would recommend to anyone looking to hit their fitness goals 💪🏼⚡️🙌🏼
I was in Idaho falls for a business trip and did a few drop-ins with AMROCK. The coaches were great, the facility is awesome, and all of the athletes were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this gym to others.
I love doing the nutrition challenge. I will continue to do nutrition I love it and all the coaches are amazing! This was only a month!!!!
I have been working with Andrea for a year with Amrock Nourish. I have gained muscle and lost fat. YAY! I recently completed a reset challenge and it really helped me solidify the habits I have been working on. I highly recommend the amazing staff at Crossfit Amrock with your nutrition goals. It has really helped keep me accountable with my goals.
