While visiting, I was coached by Rocky, Andrea, and Nick. All were so welcoming and supportive. I love CrossFit for the accessibility of getting into a gym for a defined hour of the day, interacting with good people, getting beneficial movements, and being on my way. AMROCK was nothing short of that. I’ll be visiting again when in the area and highly recommend to anyone else visiting the IF area or anyone looking to get into a realistic workout routine while meeting a great and supportive community.
I am transitioning from physical therapy for a shoulder injury and found the PERFECT fit! I’ve been looking for something that would not make it easy and at the same time allow for me to listen to my body - I’m being challenged to the level I need to experience progress and can keep going without limits- I LOVE this!
Great coaching with a fun and thorough warm-up! Tons of space and very inviting members! Will definitely drop in again!
Very relaxing. I have had problems with my hips and it helped. It does make you a little sore afterwards, but it's worth it.
