CrossFit Ammo is legit! I'm 24 and I've done crossfit for a couple years now. I just moved to Allen a few months ago and was looking for a new CF gym. I love working out (like a lot) so I needed a gym I would lovee! You betcha, I found it! The community here had me hooked from the first day! The people are freaking great! This was also the first gym I've seen with Hyrox classes--super cool!
I’m not sure that words can really describe CrossFit Ammo. The coaching is fantastic, all coaches bring something different and unique to each class. The programming is exceptional, always varied and keeps each day challenging and interesting for all levels of athlete.
