My CrossFit experience was nothing short of amazing! Despite the chilly weather, it was nothing we couldn’t handle. I dropped into CrossFit Amis while visiting my daughter. I cannot say enough positive things about this gym, from the welcoming community, to the amazing coaching and the programming was fantastic. The facility is massive and has pretty much every piece of equipment you could ask for. Definitely plan to drop in again when we come back to visit.

Dropped in at CrossFit Amis and felt like home. It was easy to set up and pay for the drop in online. Loved that. I was greeted by a coach right away and they showed me around. The gym was very well organized and clean bathrooms! The members were friendly. I loved how they had different levels of workouts, RX, intermediate and beginner. I didn’t have to think about how to scale it was done for me. Appreciate the hospitality and will def drop in again if I’m in town.

Today was a great experience...It was a great push and Mike was encouraging throughout the WOD. Mike also observed and assessed each athlete throughout the WOD. Thanks for the advice on the grip for pull-ups too. Be BLESSED TODAY!
