I really love Crossfit Amis! The community and all of the coaches are so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to give you tips and tricks to improve your lifting, mobility or anything you may be having issues with! I could not recommend these ladies and gents any more! I love my Amis family and wouldn’t trade them for the world! I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mike and Mrs. Hope for welcoming me into the gym with generous arms. Thank you all so much nothing go unnoticed!

Jason was great today, as usual! Very helpful and uplifting!
Coach Mike did a great job laying out the workout clearly at the beginning, which helped set the tone and ease any confusion. I appreciated how he integrated movement demos right into the warm-up — it made everything feel more fluid. Throughout the workout, he checked for proper form and offered encouragement. Friendly energy and approachable presence overall — made the first day back feel motivating!
