From the first day I walked in, everyone at this gym made me feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming — it’s honestly one of the friendliest gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches are amazing; they really care about your progress and take the time to help you improve. You can tell they’re genuinely invested in seeing you grow as an athlete. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is the kind of place where you’ll feel supported, motivated, and right at home.
I really love Crossfit Amis! The community and all of the coaches are so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to give you tips and tricks to improve your lifting, mobility or anything you may be having issues with! I could not recommend these ladies and gents any more! I love my Amis family and wouldn’t trade them for the world! I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mike and Mrs. Hope for welcoming me into the gym with generous arms. Thank you all so much nothing go unnoticed!
