Jason was great today, as usual! Very helpful and uplifting!
Coach Mike did a great job laying out the workout clearly at the beginning, which helped set the tone and ease any confusion. I appreciated how he integrated movement demos right into the warm-up — it made everything feel more fluid. Throughout the workout, he checked for proper form and offered encouragement. Friendly energy and approachable presence overall — made the first day back feel motivating!
I was stressing over where to drop in and so glad to have chosen CrossFit Amis! Place is huge with tons of equipment, very clean and of course the southern hospitality!
Teaches me new things every class… or it’s just the same old things I forgot 😄
