Exceptionally good!
Aside from bettering my overall health, the community at CFA is the most amazing part of being a member here. I have met some of my best friends through this gym. The coaching staff and ownership truly care about making your experience the best it can be. Personally, the CFA45 classes have become my favorite. I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Amesbury if you're looking for a fun community of people to do fitness with!
CFA has truly changed my life in the best way possible. This is the first time I’ve ever been so consistent with my fitness and the payoff is incredibly rewarding- I have never felt this strong and fit before. Ever! The community is beyond supportive, the coaches are incredible and challenge you to be the best version of yourself everyday and the workouts are varied and never boring. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience and highly recommend anyone and everyone to give it a try!
