I love this gym. The coaches are great.
I started going to CF Ambition a little over a month ago after being away from CrossFit for a while. This gym is hands down the friendliest I've been to in Rochester in a very long time! Everyone is very welcoming and it's a great mix of all age groups. The coaches are knowledgeable and the programming thoughtful and scalable. Glad I've found my new "home".
So many great things to say about the coaches and community that makes up CrossFit Ambition. I have only been here a few weeks, and it feels more like years. I highly recommend checking this place out and while there let yourself be coached it will be worth it!
I have only been attending for about a month and absolutely love it here. The coaches are fantastic and they are there to motivate you and also give you support to make sure that you are doing certain exercises correct so that way you are building muscle the right way, and also not injuring yourself. The classes Are great. What’s really great about this place is that there are people of all ages and abilities there to just get a good workout in and be a part of this Supportive community.
Amazing CrossFit Gym! I joined CrossFit Ambition two months ago and I'm very happy with my decision! The coaches are great, super knowledgeable and motivating. The workouts are tough but effective, and the community is so welcoming. Highly recommend!
