Been with CrossFit Altus for ~ a month now after the old box closed. Altus has opened up a new level of fitness goals for me to work on and accomplish. Regular at the noon class and Josh's coaching has been excellent.

Love going to the CrossFit classes. They are super comprehensive and always a great time. If you want to make progress in the gym, come here!
What a great box. The coaches are fantastic, it is a chilled and welcoming environment, and it's inside so there is A/C! what more could you ask for in Houston? Great workouts that cater to everyone, no matter your fitness level.
