I had the privilege of dropping in to CF AllStar for a week during a work trip and it was absolutely incredible. I got the chance to work with coaches KC, Tehani, and Kayah and each one of them exemplified what the CF coaching standard should be. They took time to check in with everyone, help with mechanics and technique, and motivate during the workouts. Great experience. As a recovering hyper achiever I wasn’t triggered to push myself too hard and enjoyed my workout. KC was encouraging and made sure you were doing the moves correctly. Highly recommended.
I visited my favorite island again. But the first time we stayed in this location near waimea. And of course, I saw the sign for crossfit, signed up, and went at 6 am. It s great for every level as long as you r familiar with crossfit. Everyone was welcoming despite small family like gym. I will definitely come back once I visit in couple years.
