Great experience. As a recovering hyper achiever I wasn’t triggered to push myself too hard and enjoyed my workout. KC was encouraging and made sure you were doing the moves correctly. Highly recommended.
I visited my favorite island again. But the first time we stayed in this location near waimea. And of course, I saw the sign for crossfit, signed up, and went at 6 am. It s great for every level as long as you r familiar with crossfit. Everyone was welcoming despite small family like gym. I will definitely come back once I visit in couple years.
I dropped into this gym twice while on vacation in Hawaii. 10/10 experience. The members and coaches were so welcoming. I will definitely be back!
