Worked out here for about a year. Coaches, members, and equipment are all incredible. You really are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least try them out for a little while!
I’m so glad I found CrossFit Allendale! They have helped me achieve my health goals. It’s not just a great gym, it’s an awesome community with coaches who are encouraging, motivating, and supportive. I can tell they care about me and not just my workout.

Since starting CrossFit in 2014, I have been a member of a few gyms. CFA is full of a great community, coaches, athletes, and everything that makes a box truly special! I love it here.
December I started a special promotion with CA that gave me unlimited classes for 3 months (they dont have it anymore), it was a struggle showing up at first. Getting through the fears that said "everyone is better than you" then also working past the dread that "what if there is something that I can't do?" "what if I puke in front of everyone" I was barely getting by showing up to 2, 3 maybe 4 classes per week that first month.
