First time cross fitter. Hear all kinds of things when it comes to cross fit, however, if you are looking for a gym to better yourself, get you moving, be a part of an amazing coaching and community group, this is the place for you. Check them out. It is truly been an amazing journey so far and looking forward to the future!

This gym is a community, a safe place, and a welcoming family! I struggled with depression, high triglycerides, body dysmorphia and a myriad of other issues! But CrossFit Allatoona has been welcoming when I was a beginner and the coaches truly guided me every step of the way! If you want a great workout and a fantastic community, CrossFit Allatoona is the place!
