Showed up for my first class yesterday after personal training with Ashley a few times. Very friendly environment with such cool trainers. Jon made me feel nice and chill as I was concerned about keeping up with the class. No need to worry, as they know exactly how to set up anyone at any level. Thanks for a great experience.

John and Ashley were great coaches on the mornings I stopped in while visiting the area. They both made it feel like I was already a part of the community. The classes were well organized and the coaching was fantastic. John’s experience was evident throughout and his tips were really insightful and helpful! If visiting the area, drop in! If you’re moving to the area or already live nearby, this should be the CrossFit you join!

Dropped in and was treated like I was a member. Super clean, great equipment, and even better coaching!!! This is the CrossFit I would go to if I lived in the area.
