Highly recommend. I never thought of myself as a CrossFit person, especially at age 57 with a bad lower back. But here you are warmly welcomed. The coaches (Jon, Ashley and Alex) are excellent and all workouts are scalable to fit your fitness level and work around any injury prone areas. I have never felt better! The positive and supportive community culture is a great benefit in the age of work from home and zoom meetings. Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

Really cool space within a building of fitness fun. CrossFit All City is the base layer of a building that offers rock climbing, Jujitsu, fencing, Pilates, and dance. Showed up for my first class yesterday after personal training with Ashley a few times. Very friendly environment with such cool trainers. Jon made me feel nice and chill as I was concerned about keeping up with the class. No need to worry, as they know exactly how to set up anyone at any level. Thanks for a great experience.

John and Ashley were great coaches on the mornings I stopped in while visiting the area. They both made it feel like I was already a part of the community. The classes were well organized and the coaching was fantastic. John’s experience was evident throughout and his tips were really insightful and helpful! If visiting the area, drop in! If you’re moving to the area or already live nearby, this should be the CrossFit you join!
