I’ve been a member of CF ABQ since 2023, and it has never been just a gym to me. It’s a community rooted in health, wellbeing, and the resilience of the human spirit. Dropped in for a quick WOD while traveling! Clean facility, great choaching cues and wod + kids room made this a greag experience for us. Will definitely stop in again on our next time through!
I can’t say enough great things about this gym! From day one, everyone has been so welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging. The workouts are always well-balanced with a great mix of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics. There’s truly something for everyone. THE best CrossFit gym in Albuquerque! I grew up in Albuquerque and come back often to visit family and every time I’m here I drop in. The gym has plenty of space, excellent equipment, and great people to work out with. I would highly recommend coming to Crossfit Albuquerque. Aaron the owner is a great person and always goes out of his way to make his gym the best!
