Hands down the best place to work out at! I have enjoyed it so much. I’ll be honest I’ve never been able to stay consistent at the gym. CrossFit Albemarle has changed that for me. The coaches give you so much encouragement no matter what level you are in your fitness journey. The community is like no other, everyone encouraging everyone. I love how I can take an hour of my day no planning work outs just show up and give it my all! CrossFit Albemarle is truly changing life’s not only physically but mentally!
I remember going into my first cross fit class and I was terrified. From the time I walked in the door the coaches and members made me feel so welcomed. I love how everyone celebrates each others wins no matter how big or small. This gym has truly changed me mentally and physically. I highly suggest this gym to anyone! CFA is not only a gym/workout for me now, CFA has turned into my family!
A friend and I dropped in on Saturday to take part in the Ruck Club and stayed for the class workout. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Kelly by name and immediately felt welcomed. It is evident that Kelly and the CFA coaches have created such a spirit of inclusivity at their box. Every member was encouraging and kind, which is evidence of the amazing leadership and the culture that has been created at CFA. I would highly recommend this box to anyone!
