CrossFit Albemarle has truly become such a special place for me. The coaches are incredibly supportive, the community is welcoming, and everyone genuinely wants to see you grow. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a group of people who encourage you, challenge you, and celebrate your wins right alongside you. I’m so thankful to be part of this community!

I came from Costa Rica and trained here for a month, it’s an awesome place and their people made me fell like I was at home.
I started CrossFit Albemarle 1 year ago and loved it. I knew I needed to make a change for myself. So 1 month in I started the nutrition program. I have always struggled with making time to get workouts in and kind of knowing what I should or shouldn’t eat but not understanding that I didn’t have to give up food that I loved.
