I had to find a last-minute gym to drop into before a competition over the weekend, and I’m so glad I found this one. I texted the number listed on their website and got a response almost immediately. I asked if non-members could use the open gym, and not only was the answer yes, but they also asked if there was a different time I needed to come in. Very supportive and positive atmosphere! Ability to set your own pace during sessions while also motivating to do your best. They check your form throughout the session and give tips if improvement is needed so you know you’re getting the best out of your workout.
Dropped in at Aggregate while visiting the Columbia area. Would highly recommend working out with them in the future. The community was very welcoming and supportive of me as a drop-in. Piper did a great job of explaining the workout and stimulus while offering coaching support throughout the session.
I always feel welcome and always have an amazing workout, I would highly recommend it!
