I attended 3 classes while in Florida for a week. Everyone I interacted with prior to the first class and during the workouts was genuinely nice and helpful, from the coaches to the other athletes. The huge ceiling fan is definitely a plus - I'm used to working out in a box in Houston. The WOD scaled options are great for those of us who are not Rx material!

Great gym, incredible coaches, and a very welcoming community. I was on vacation for Disney/Universal and dropped in for a week. Highly recommend
