Ive been. loyal member to this box for seven years. Through covid and three different ownerships personally brought in multiple new members who still pay and train there today. After a few years I was offered a trade agreement by a previous owner. Which this current owners did honor. However, since the change in ownership, the professionalism and integrity of this gym have completely disappeared. CrossFit Vangard is an amazing gym and the perfect place to drop in while visiting the Orlando area.
