I found this gym with a quick internet search about 3 years ago. I was hooked on Day 1 and never looked back. Kat and Brian are amazing people and have a great gym community where beginners are always welcome and encouraged. You should try it out!
I love this CrossFit gym and highly recommend it. Kat is an amazing coach—always attentive and great at tailoring movements to my body’s abilities. I feel supported, safe, and motivated every time I train. Great environment and coaching!
