Really fun and informational opening day! Come check them out, they know what they are talking about. After a session Courtney did great! She was watching 8 people for form at the same time and was giving feedback for everyone. Feeling very worked.

Great class today (and always) and great start to my day! In just a few months of attending classes, I noticed today seeking out heavier weights and trying to get as close to the Rx weight as possible when I used to find one of the lightest weights and not even think about a buildup.

Quality coaching with a wonderful community. Everything can be modified, even if you’re injured, and any age can participate. CrossFit is 100% addicting but in the best way. Try it out, what have you got to lose?
