Jeffrey is an exceptional coach; he is incredibly calm and detailed oriented, always finding ways to help. I specifically appreciate his gentle approach to corrections. He notices when an athlete needs an adjustment and provides it with kindness and care. Beyond just giving advice Jeffrey clearly understands anatomy and can explain the why behind the movements. After 15 months of training, I can confidently say Coach Jeffrey is the best coach I’ve ever had. His patience, knowledge, and ability to work with all skill levels truly sets him apart. He makes CrossFit feel approachable while still challenging you to be better every day. He pays attention, cares about proper technique, and supports every athlete no matter where they’re starting from. An incredible coach and an even better person! Highly recommend!
CrossFit AFK is an excellent gym with amazing coaches. The facility is clean, organized, and inviting. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the other members are encouraging—they want to be there just as much as you do. People are nice, the workout is intense but was fun to do. The place was clean and had space. 10/10 would go again (if I lived closer)
