I went in not knowing what to expect a couple months ago. It is a great environment. All of the coaches are super helpful knowledgeable. They make it easy to keep coming back to classes.

Trying out CrossFit for the first time and it is great! The staff makes you feel right at home, encouraging and calls you by name. Great explanation and workout, easy to follow and planned out very well.
