I cannot recommend Crossfit AFK enough! After taking a couple year hiatus and trying to get back into shape postpartum, I was incredibly nervous about stepping back into a gym. From day one, the owners and the community completely eased my anxiety. I dropped in to AFK, and it was a blast. The coaches were so welcoming and knowledgeable, checking in with everyone the minute they showed up and providing feedback throughout the warm up and workout. The other crossfitters were super welcoming. The workout was a great challenge, and everyone was cheering each other on. I’ll definitely be back!
