if you want an owner/ trainer who talks down you to you and is incredibly rude, this is the place for you. if you don't want that, i would run far away from this place.

I Love this place!!! Matt, George, and Ava are awesome coaches. They are always trying to help you become better. Really strict on form and safety. Environment is great. Love the workouts.

Joining crossfit Aether was one of the best decisions of my life. Matt and Jorge really know their stuff and are always there to push you to be better. This gym has truly become like a second home to me. I highly recommend that anyone thinking about getting into crossfit or just wanting to get into better shape give this gym a try!

This gym has honestly been one of the best I’ve ever gone to. Matt is an incredible coach, he explains the technique well, makes sure that the lifts are demonstrated clearly, and provides feedback throughout each class. I’ve seen a lot of progress, and the community is so welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend.

I am SO lucky that I stumbled into CrossFit Aether. I initially found them through ClassPass and appreciated they were so close to home. I had never done CrossFit in my entire life and am fairly out of shape after significantly dropping my fitness regiment when I had Covid.
