Ive been a member of Crossfit AERO for about 2 months now and I absoultley love it! Ive been in and out of several crossfit gyms over the past 9 years, but AERO is the only facility I have been to where the coaches are actually attentive to each individual members needs over the span of a workout. The gymnastics moments that I had not been able to figure out in 9 years, AERO was able to get me doing in 2 months. If you are an athlete looking to level up your skills, this is absoultely the gym to go to.
CrossFit AERO is the place to be. Coaches are great and easily help you modifying workouts and teaching you proper form and technique. Adaptive is a huge plus too. There is no place better than CrossFit AERO for an athlete with autism to be able to fit in and get workouts done with awesome people around you. Couldn’t recommend CrossFit AERO more.
I have been a member for over a year now. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging! I am 58 years old and there are many things that I cannot do. But not to worry because there is always a modification for each movement. The coaches are great about showing modifications. All the members are really friendly and supportive! Love this place! Highly recommend!!!!
