Great CrossFit and Hyrox gym. Coaching, community, programming and equipment are all top notch. Aero has been nothing but a positive experience since joining and I would recommend to anyone.
I’ve been really impressed since joining this gym. The workouts are always well-programmed, the coaches actually care, and the community makes a huge difference. It’s one of those places where you can show up on a tough day and still leave feeling better than when you walked in. Whether you’re brand new or have been doing CrossFit for years, this gym has everything you need to push yourself and have fun doing it.
