I actually started CF here a little over 12 years ago. I had gotten tired of the "regular" gym and needed something new. I LOVED IT. Fast forward, I moved out of the country for 11 years and continue CF. I came back and wanted to join AERO again! let me tell you, I'm so thankful I did! I loooooove this gym so much! The people are amazing and something even more amazing is there are a good amount of people here that were there when I started 12 years ago! I’ve been coming to this CrossFit box since 2021, and it has been such a great experience. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and friendly, and the community is one of the best parts. The coaches and members make it easy to stay motivated, push yourself, and enjoy the process. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been training for years, this is a great place to work out, meet good people, and feel supported. Highly recommend!
I've been going here for over 2 years and I’ve always had a consistently positive experience here. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are fun and challenging. Most importantly, the member community is also welcoming and supportive, which makes for a great training environment. It’s a great place to work out! Highly recommended!
