I’ve had gym memberships multiple times in the past, but it wasn’t until I joined CrossFit here in June that I truly found my passion for working out. CrossFit Advantage staff are very knowledgeable, and care about their members. Teaching the appropriate form is very important to them. The coaches provide alternative movements as you continue improving the skill. They are very prepared, and organized every week.
