This is a great community run by great coaches who are passionate about fitness. Once you join you’ll never want to leave. The community is great and so welcoming!!! Take my word for it, this place is amazing!
I had a fantastic experience at CrossFit Adrenaline during my business trip to Cartersville. The coaches and members were incredibly kind and helped me a lot with my workouts. It's a shame my stay was so short, but I'll leave with great memories. I highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting the Cartersville area!
X4 is exactly what I was looking for. A blend of strength and cardio in a small group setting (16 max) with a coach pushing you each step of the way. I joined with a goal of getting in shape for my daughter’s wedding and I stayed. Great group of people with similar goals who want the best for one another. Stay hydrated!
I have been a member of CrossFit Adrenaline since October 2021. Thanks to the coaches, programming, and other members, at 40, I am the healthiest I have ever been. Adrenaline is so much more than a gym to me. Being a part of this community has positively impacted all areas of my life. Adrenaline is the most welcoming facility you could ask for. I joined about a month ago and immediately felt like I was at home. Everyone is so kind and patient and willing to help explain everything in detail. It doesn’t matter what kind of level you’re on physically, there are scaled versions for you to do and someone will always jump in to help you with your form or if you have questions. Highly recommend!
