Came to EPT as a 100kg whale of a man who didn't know his squat from his snatch. Particularly enjoy the cardio-based workouts but sometimes I have to hide in the toilets when the going gets tough. Conveniently located in the vicinity of 6 Cleg, EPT is a community focused gym filled with friendly members and good coaches.
