Decided to join a 3 week promotion on a whim. Never done any kind of CrossFit in my life so I was a bit intimidated. Jack is wonderful, and the staff at M3 (who crossfit ATB has recently merged without) are super patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Expect 3 things: you’ll learn safety and proper form, you will definitely get a workout, and you will have fun doing it.
Great CrossFit gym, knowledgeable coaches and great community.
Like many others, I was in the Destin area looking to find “The Place” to get in a proper WOD. I dropped in today and had a great experience. They are using Wodify to moderate the work out sessions which is excellent. The facility is well outfitted with a nice rig and all the accessories to accommodate a large group. The people were super friendly and the coaching is top notch. I was really pleased with the session and will be returning- this is the place you need to go if you are doing CrossFit in the area.
Dropped in for an evening class - great facility, programming, and friendly coaches/members. Thanks guys!
