I was dropping into town for a vacation and wanted to get in a quick workout. I chose to go to CrossFit Above All because they had a large variety of class times, up to date programming shared, and were clearly still invested in making their facility a great place to be. I truly enjoyed my time in class! I'm visiting Calgary for a week to do a trade show and wanted to maintain my crossfit training. As a newbie to crossfit, I'm still learning many of the basic weight lifting techniques. The coach (Josh) was welcoming and gave me personal instructions on the exercises we were doing. The members were very welcoming - everyone came over and introduced themselves. Dropped in wanting to move some weight while closing out a long vacation weekend. Great facility and inviting coaching staff! Highly recommend a visit if your are looking for a box to join or need to get the blood flowing.
