After I moved from Atlanta, I never thought I’d find a gym like the one I had there. But here we are! I’ve only been with ABF for a little over the month but I feel like I’ve known everyone for years. It truly is like a family. The community makes my workout that much more motivating and continues to challenge me. I love it here!!! :)
ABF is professional but personable place. The staff is super friendly and helps with each exercise. I love how all the exercises can be scaled. I never feel out of place or feel like I am unable to do the workout.
