The owner is something else! I asked him some challenging questions about CrossFit and he totally lost it! He said I could have completed a workout by the time it took me to write my email. I told him I didn’t know his workouts lasted 30 seconds as that’s how long my email took me. Given the controversies surrounding CrossFit, an owner should be ready to give reasonable answers to challenging questions instead of immediately blowing up.
