What a great box with excellent coaches, great culture and welcoming to anybody no matter their fitness level. If you're a beginner/curious, this is the place to change life by making incremental and sustainable growth. Come check it out if you're on the fence! If you need to drop in and get your wod on, this is the place. If you need a place to call home while out of town (like me,) this is the spot! I am so happy I have found this gym after my move to Plano! Everyone has been beyond welcoming and I enjoy coming in everyday to workout and spend time with my class mates! Even though it has only been a few months, I feel like I am home here!
