I take the kids' classes there! The teachers are amazing and so kind and you can really feel the supportive family atmosphere! They really focus on technique and teach you so many new things! I love to take these classes 11/10 recommend!!!! Such a fun and safe atmosphere
Affiliate owner here - dropped in, got a warm welcome, did a terribly fun wod, and was welcome to do some accessory work after class. Solid coaches with solid members.
The absolute best gym in the manatee county area with the best workouts! Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!
