Eric is a great coach. Always explains the movements, makes sure we know our scaling options and picks good music. Eric always does a great job. He encourages both scaled and rx athletes equally, never leaving anyone out. He makes sure the class understands the WOD and all the options. Also, he's a pretty cool dude.
I like that there are always different options to complete the workout
