One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. I was very intimidated at first when starting CrossFit but everyone there (staff and other cross-fitters) were so welcoming and knowledgeable. If you are ever interested in trying out CrossFit this is the go to gym!
Top of the line gym all around from equipment to the members and coaches. They have everything you need to get your best workout no matter what skill level you are and everything is always well maintained. And the coaches are super friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Members are welcoming and hold each other accountable to do their best and stay consistent and show up. Best gym in highlands county no doubt!!

This is an awesome gym, I wish I hadn’t waited so long to join. The atmosphere and camaraderie make it easy to be consistent, and that consistency has brought results. Ricky and the crew really have something special here.
Six months ago, I signed up at CrossFit863 honestly not wanting to commit and definitely not loving the idea of working out.
