Due to the nature of my job I am constantly moving, which makes finding a gym and establishing a gym family difficult. However, I dropped in for 2 weeks and CrossFit 818 and immediately felt at home. Everyone was so supportive and kind. The workouts were well programmed and challenged me to do my best. In addition, Coach Orlando was great with offering modifications to movements that were too challenging. If you are nervous about CrossFit call Orlando! CrossFit 818 is more than a CrossFit gym. Orlando and Hellon really go out their way to accommodate all skill levels from scaling up or scaling down the workouts to maximize safety and help you become a better athlete. 10/10 Highly recommend CrossFit 818!
