Dropped in unannounced and we felt very welcomed. All movements were explicitly explained and the coach kept an eye on us the whole time- made sure we knew where the running routes were. We were very impressed with the athletes and how welcoming everyone was to some new comers! When we are back visiting, we will stop by again!
The staff are super knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly.

I have been going to CrossFit 805 for about a year now since July ‘20. I never really did CrossFit before but was physically active and went to the gym regularly. Since going to CrossFit I feel better physically and mentally. The coaching is very knowledgeable and are excellent teachers. I’ve enjoyed the workouts and the other box go’ers.
