Love this gym- it’s been life-altering! Simply the best, most welcoming people (who are also crazy talented and knowledgeable). This is CrossFit home.
A healthy approach to having a healthy body can be a huge difference maker. CrossFit 801 provides exactly that. It’s been amazing to see the transformation and growth of so many amazing individuals who come to this gym from all walks of life. Amazing community and high quality coaches and programming.
I used to be a CrossFit skeptic… until I actually tried it. My first experience at a gym in Park City wasn’t great, but I realized CrossFit was good just not THAT gym. Where you go makes all the difference. CrossFit 801 completely changed my perspective. The people, the culture, and the workouts are on another level. It’s welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely fun to show up every day. Come for the workouts (and to lose the cheesecake)… stay for the friendships. Highly recommend!
