If you’re looking for community, or fitness, or a fitness community, this is your joint. My wife and I dropped in for a class (Coach McKenna) and got some quality coaching and had a great workout. The class after us was the seniors and they were excited to get started. Absolutely love the vibe. I hope we get a chance to come back.
Absolutely love this place! Re-joining this community was one of the things I was most excited about when moving back to PEI. The workouts are great, the coaches and members are incredibly friendly, and the sense of community is unmatched.
