Came to a Croosfit competition here and it was well organized and everyone was very friendly
I’m really new to CrossFit, and joining CrossFit 789 has been such an amazing experience! From day one, everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Very welcoming and nice facility!
Well organized, great warm up. Coaching clear and competent. Class started and ended on time and the programming is classic crossfit with scaling options given. Definitely would drop in there again when I'm in town!
