Love the owners, all the coaches and the community they have created.
One of the best things about the CrossFit community is that you can walk into a new gym and immediately feel welcome, and that was exactly the case here. The coaches and members were super friendly, introduced themselves right away, and made it easy to feel like part of the class even as a drop-in. The coaching was excellent, attentive, encouraging, and clearly focused on making sure everyone was moving well and getting the most out of the workout.
