Workouts are challenging, well-structured, and can be scaled for any fitness level. The community is friendly, welcoming, and motivating—truly a great place to train and grow. Whether you're new to CrossFit or experienced, you'll feel right at home here. I highly recommend it!
This gym is fantastic! I was a member of a different local CrossFit gym for a while before joining CrossFit 75126. At 75126, the coaches were always on time and super prepared. The 5am class was always appropriately sized at 7-10 athletes and it always started and stopped on time, and ALWAYS provided a fantastic workout with great instruction! Patsy and her team are amazing and will welcome you like an old friend. Highly recommend!
